this position will require you to work a combination of early mornings and late evenings, and nights therefore the successful candidate must be very flexible depending on the needs of the business
what we are paying: £12.30 per hour
Responsibility
emptying all litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers
supporting linen porters and ensuring high standards in laundry services
cleaning all gym areas such as changing rooms, toilets and shower areas, stairs, landings, corridors, receptions, and all furniture and fittings in David Lloyd Leisure
replenishing provisions and consumables where necessary
purchase ledger clerk

processing medium/high volume of Accounts Payable invoices
ensuring no suppliers have outstanding payments on account
reconciling supplier statements
preparation of supplier payment runs
setting up payments on online banking
posting payments in Sage50
dealing with suppliers and internal queries
Requirements
worked with Sage50 accounts software and Autoentry – preferred not required
demonstrates the ability to meet deadlines, determine priorities and organise work to meet objectives and deadlines
liaising with internal departments and external parties ensuring operational performance is not affected by non-processing of invoices and late payments
well organised, with an attention to detail and used to working to strict deadlines
A real team player with a friendly and open manner, able to work on own initiative
good communication skills, ideally used to working with multiple remote locations
