Working hours

Responsibility
- working knowledge of composite materials and manufacturing processes, predominantly pre-preg
- demonstrable history of acting as primary technical contact for a variety of customers
- an engineering led project management style
- experience of NPI within this industry
- experience in the generation of work instructions / manuals for the manufacture of composite parts and assemblies
- experience in the generation of BOM and routing information
- experience in of PFMEA’s and control plans
- experience in varied and complex composite tooling, the signoff of the design of such tool sets and demonstrable history of supporting such works packages
Requirements
- degree level or equivalent is desirable
- previous experience managing commercial projects in the composite /automotive / motorsport industry
- good communication skills
- competent IT skills and with experience of CAD to a level where models can be interrogated
- experience of working in an ISO9001 accredited organisation
- ability to lead and to influence
- history of supporting continuous improvement
- an independent, self-starter, good time management and organisation skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
