Responsibility
- leading your own group and deliver sessions throughout the day
- deliver high level coaching specific to the theme of the day
- catering to the children within your group and adapting to their needs, both personal and sporting
- managing behaviour of your group and create an effective learning environment
- referee games fairly and without bias
- working with other coaches and developing Support Coaches
Requirements
- have a passion for Sports Coaching
- be an effective Manager of people
- demonstrate good management skills
- having strong communication with children and adults
- be creative in session designing and delivery
- have excellent knowledge of their specialist sport
- be personable and approachable
- netball coaching: 2 years
