Responsibility
- overseeing the production processes of all products whilst evaluating and constantly improving working practices
- delivering client orders to budget and to project timelines
- placing orders with suppliers/factories
- coordinating with the buying, sales and design department
- managing company’s production critical path
- monitoring and maintaining internal purchasing documents, placing purchase orders to company’s accounting system
- managing customer testing requirements
- ensure full compliance with customer audit requirements
Requirements
- passionate about motivating and managing the production process

- leadership skills
- excellent knowledge of MS Office packages
- self-motivated
- able to multi-task across a wide range of activities
- ideally have 3-5 years’ experience in the fashion industry with the ability to work closely with all team members and to form good working relationships with supply chain and factory management
