Responsibility
- financial Control and Reporting for the monthly financial results
- preparation of management accounts and supporting analysis
- processing purchase invoices, matching to PO’s and supplier delivery notes
- processing purchase invoices, matching to PO's and supplier delivery notes
- external Accounting Preparation and submission of the VAT and liaison with external accountants for year-end preparation
- assisting with invoicing and payment queries
- overseeing sales invoice processing and credit notes
- reconciling paypal, credit card and Applepay transactions
Requirements
- AAT qualification, preferably CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified
- previous bookkeeping or accounts experience in small to medium-sized businesses
- attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- self-motivated and proactive approach to work
- an understanding of grant funding, stock and project valuation would be desirable but not essential
