Responsibility
- 40 hours per week contract
- we’re looking for an exceptional Chef de Partie to join us at the ARTIZEN restaurant situated within Athelis Health Club
- located in Warrington, Athelis is the UK’s newest, luxury health and fitness club
- five-star facilities will include a luxurious indoor/outdoor swimming pool, an exquisite spa, and a state-of-the-art, high spec gym
- prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- assist with catering events as needed
Requirements
- previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role is preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- excellent communication and teamwork skills
