as part of the bid team, you will play a key role in contributing to the expansion of the business in the UK by leading and managing prequalification’s and tenders from initial notification to successful delivery

we are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Accountant to join our finance team
the ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions
this role will play a crucial part in our company’s financial health and decision-making processes
financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts, providing valuable insights to support business planning
assist in timesheet management and tracking project financials

Requirements
bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
ACCA designation preferred but not required

necessary qualifications
performing complex and bespoke building physics analyses of various building typologies using specialised coding-enabled software tools
Requirements
academic excellence or a minimum of two years demonstrable professional experience with noted programming languages
knowledge and understanding of building science/physics and/or building services engineering
A numerate degree
degree level qualification in architecture or building engineering alongside degree qualifications in computer science
excellent communication and people skills
understanding of and flexibility to work within a number of computational environments, platforms and languages
