Responsibility
- reconcile purchase invoices to orders and delivery notes and identify discrepancies
- entering purchase invoices into our accounts systems
- liaising with suppliers regarding invoice discrepancies
- carrying out credit controller tasks, including building relationships with our customers and chasing outstanding debt
- assisting with the raising of Parts and Equipment Sales Invoices
- maintaining export paperwork, including liaising with depots to gain required documentation
- ensuring all Self Billing Agreements are in place and signed
- receiving and answering emails in an organised and polite manner
Requirements
- credit Control experience is desired
- good maths skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
- previous knowledge of a recognised accounts package
- bookkeeping Qualification preferred but not essential
- ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
- good organisation skills and being able to work as part of a friendly team
- having a can-do attitude and supporting accounts team where required
