Responsibility

  • providing 1st and 2nd line remote, telephone and onsite support to clients, escalating internally when required
  • onsite Installation, generally as part of a team
  • standardising support systems and documentation
  • be part of the On-Call Rota

Requirements

  • proven experience working in a similar MSP/IT Solution company
  • ability to provide IT Support to a varied and broad client base
  • microsoft Operating Systems, both Desktop and Server
  • active Directory, including GPO's, and RBAC based on Security Groups
  • microsoft Azure Active Directory, including Azure AD Connect
  • understanding of Networking Technologies, including LAN and WAN, DNS, DHCP, IP Addressing and Routing
  • remote Connectivity technologies, Direct Access, Always On, Cisco Any Connect, RDS
  • cisco ASA Firewalls
