A passion and enthusiasm for the Astrid and Miyu brand and what we represent
previous experience as a Product Developer, Senior Assistant Buyer or Level 3 Assistant Buyer
ability to work calmly and efficiently across multiple tasks
experience managing and developing junior team members

keen eye for product design, detail, and strong commercial awareness

ability to build long term relationships with suppliers and business partners
Responsibility
oversee the sample process, ensuring all designs are executed correctly, meeting design and brand requirements
support the Designer and PDM to share Specification packs with Suppliers and monitor the development
build lasting relationships with all suppliers, maintaining strong communication to ensure departmental KPI’s are achieved

Requirements
A minimum of 4 years of relevant retail design experience
degree level qualification or higher in a relevant field
you can juggle multiple projects at once and you manage timelines, budgets and people with confidence
