- check Client record is set up in the broking system, preparing approval forms where necessary
- provide guidance to less experienced members of the North America Special Risks Account Handlers team
- attend binder and Facultative meetings on a regular basis and client and underwriter meetings as and when required
- liaising with Brokers, Underwriters, Coverholders and Agents
- monitor and maintain Atlas for the annual compliance of Third Party Coverholders
- prepare Profit Commission calculations
