Responsibility
- raising month sales invoices
- emailing sales invoices to clients
- dealing with queries from clients
- processing of supplier statements
- other ad-hoc finance tasks as required
- dealing with inbound and outbound client project requests
- communicating with clients on progress, resolving queries, and escalating where necessary
- ensuring client projects are completed and returned on a timely basis
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Requirements
- good understanding of accounting systems
- excellent telephone manner with good written and verbal communication skills
- self-motivated and willingness to learn
- attention to detail
- ability to follow established processes and procedures
- financial accounting: 1 year
