- this role will include travelling between Perth, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Galashiels and Turriff
- escalated first line IT support for HUK&I employees
- logging and escalation of calls within the ticketing system and responding to tickets logged into the systems by end users

Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- demonstrable experience of providing on-site support
- practical application of Office 365 support
- desktop hardware/peripherals
- desirable, ITIL Foundation Certification
- technical support: 2 years
- 1 year+ in IT Support environment
