Responsibility

  • answering the telephone support hotline and emails, and logging support cases
  • general computer support work troubleshooting and escalating cases as necessary
  • in addition to development there will be general computer support work troubleshooting and providing accurate information and escalating cases as necessary
  • ensuring all inquiries are answered promptly and courteously
  • proactively tracking and reporting on the usage of Web based services and system stability
  • ensuring all processes and procedures are fully documented
  • setting up systems
  • to assist in the development of add on products for Sage 50 and general bespoke development of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Dynamics 365 plus Microsoft 365 and Spindle

Requirements

  • principally we are looking for someone who can assist with software development but the position covers many areas
  • you need to be enthusiastic with a willingness to learn and have the ability to investigate new products and technologies
  • ideally you will live local to the Lymm / Warrington area and have a driving license and car
  • it is essential you have some knowledge of a development language and can demonstrate your knowledge
  • you also need to be able to provide computer support if called upon and have a good knowledge of computer systems
  • dynamics is a global system and offers many opportunities
  • experience of all aspects of IT are beneficial
  • systematic approach to problem solving and analysis
