Responsibility

  • ensuring the orders are prepared and dispatched in a timely manner
  • formulate and continuously improve storage planning and layout
  • managing online customer orders
  • managing Customer Queries via email and phone
  • receive and organise deliveries and shipments
  • overall responsibility for all Admin logistics & warehouse operations and management tasks, such as warehouse staff, warehousing, admin, customer support, shipment, inventory, materials, equipment, safety, hygiene, etc
  • prepare and dispatch daily orders and shipments
  • ensuring a safe working environment is provided and that the Health and Safety policy is understood and practiced by the team at all times
