Requirements
- 1st or 2nd level registration on the appropriate part of the NMC register
- hold a current valid NMC Pin no
- must demonstrate a loyalty, flexibility and commitment to the Care Home
- be able to carry out any other necessary duties as agreed with the Home Manager
- duties
- to assist and organise the carers to adequately and safely deliver care
- to assist and supervise the delivery of nursing care and promote high standards by regular care plan evaluation
- monitor residents progress, administers drugs and medicines, apply surgical dressings and give other forms of treatment
