Earnings on positions in AST LANGUAGE SERVICES
AST LANGUAGE SERVICES is looking for employees for positions:
- co-ordinating and delivering translation projects
- handling project progress, costs and profit margins
- processing of multilingual files, often in multiple file formats
- using a variety of CAT programmes and other translation tools, with full training provided
- booking in-house and freelance translators
- liaising with clients and suppliers to resolve project-related queries
- following standard practice to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction
- liaising with Accounts department on purchasing and invoicing
- pro-actively develop client relationships based on our innovative project solutions
- excellent skills in English and in at least one additional language
- prepare new quotations and carry out follow-ups
- sound IT skills, particularly MS Office
- build and maintain positive client rapport particularly for larger client accounts
- attention to detail and a creative approach to problem-solving
- handle feedback including occasional complaints from clients
- an ability to grasp new concepts quickly
