ensure the business is legally and ethically compliant with CQC policies and procedures
keep full and accurate records in accordance with legal requirements
helping to grow our business by meeting prospective new residents & their families
undertaking and monitoring of all appropriate assessments relating to new residents
being involved and/or delivering induction training to new Care Professionals
understand and work within regulator legislation, standards and regulations ultimately being responsible for the legal and ethical running of the day-to-day business
organise team meetings
carry out staff reviews and appraisals within the required time frames. Planning and implementing supervisions and appraisals in accordance with guidelines
Requirements
profound interest in Healthcare and awareness of key business principles
own a respectful, personable, warm and approachable manner with leadership experience of service provision in the care industry
able to effectively supervise, delegate and empower your team
successfully complete the registration process with the Care Quality Commission within three months of appointment
passionate to provide person-centred support within a social care environment
management qualification at level 4 or above desirable
an in depth understanding of CQC assessment criteria for Outstanding scores
experience in recruitment of Caregivers
