Responsibility

  • ensure all areas are painted to a high standard as and when requested by your department
  • ensure all properties are kept to a high standard visually. This will include clearances to front and back gardens
  • ensure that maintenance and repairs required are reported and recorded accurately and prioritised in order of urgency
  • to ensure that keys are replaced and or copies made as and when necessary
  • remove or add furniture when requested by your department
  • to undertake any other tasks that ensures the smooth running of the property department
