Responsibility
- provide remote support to clients, addressing their technical concerns
- visit client sites when required to offer on-site support
- manage client documentation and passwords
- handle support tickets, quickly, efficiently and effectively
- proactively maintain client systems and identify potential issues using our AI monitoring software
- foster positive and personable relationships with clients
- work towards targets and meet service level agreements
- conduct site audits and analysis to assess system performance
Requirements
- possess a full clean UK driving license
- have access to your own vehicle
- possess in-depth knowledge of Office 365
- demonstrate expertise in Windows Servers and Windows Desktops
- have a strong understanding of TCP/IP topology
- proficient in VMWARE/Hyper-V
- ideally hold supporting qualifications such as MCP/MCSA/MCSE/MCITP
- ideally have some experience with Linux and/or Mac OS
