Responsibility
- posting payments to customer accounts and ensuring that they are applied accurately
- maintaining accurate records of all invoices and payments received from customers
- resolving disputes or billing errors with customers in a timely and professional manner
- communicating effectively with customers to ensure timely payment of outstanding debts
- conducting credit checks on new customers and reviewing credit limits for existing customers
- generating regular reports to keep management informed of the status of accounts receivable
- processing, coding and payment of supplier invoices for payment
- raising invoices to recharge payroll costs
Requirements
- experience of Sage accounting software
- strong communication and problem solving skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- experience of working with a high volume of financial transactions
- A positive can-do attitude, able to provide innovative solutions and adapt to new ways of working
- accounts Receivable: 2 years
