Responsibility

  • liaise with Head of Finance & Operations and Head of Communications, Box Office & Digital to create and maintain the weekly and bi-weekly sales reports, incorporating financial deals and any additional information required
  • ensure weekly reporting on sales to venue and Assembly festival's key management staff, including the set-up of automated reporting on Red61
  • in agreement with Head of Communications and Box office agree on revisions and changes to process and update wider team
  • work with the Head of Communications, Box office and the Marketing & Digital Coordinator to create and maintain the Box Office Briefing Pack and ensure it is updated with all promotions offer and major marketing activity daily during the festival
