Responsibility
- developing a strategic content and campaign plan to achieve brand and financial goals across the Aspria Group
- creating stand-out marketing campaigns to reach existing and new audiences across digital and offline channels
- working with the CMO to establish reporting frameworks to monitor and inform brand decisions, marketing initiatives, creative and messaging
- managing external design, marketing and creative agencies at Group level, and supporting country teams with agency selection and management where relevant
- working with country Marketing Managers to plan and execute brand photo and video shoots
- working with country marketing leads and CMO to create the brand marketing strategy across the brand portfolio; owning and delivering campaigns and initiatives to support member acquisition, retention and secondary business objectives
- responsible for overseeing Aspria's digital asset management platform
- working closely with the operational teams, Group Sales Manager, country marketing teams and digital marketing team to support all brand campaign and asset needs for the core and secondary businesses
