Responsibility
- to be the main point of contact for biological control orders via phone and email
- to provide administrative support and phone cover in the technical department
- handle customer calls and email queries
- follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- create and maintain macro-biological programs on the appropriate systems throughout the season
- liaise with suppliers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of customer orders and maintain good working relationships
- cross-check macro-biological information and take appropriate remedial action should pricing, product or delivery errors be identified
- invoicing and reporting
Requirements
- industry experience in Horticulture advantageous
- experience of a similar role in customer services
- experience in telephony customer services
- excellent written and verbal skills
- strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
- able to work on own initiative
- self-motivator
- excellent timekeeping/working to deadlines
