  • we're looking for an amazing L&D Programme Manager to join our brilliant team. Based in Rustington, West Sussex
  • if you are passionate about driving organisational growth through effective training and development initiatives and thrive in a collaborative and client-centric work environment, we would love to hear from you
  • as the L&D Programme Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Director of L&D in designing management and leadership development content, and overseeing the successful delivery of client training solutions
  • you will be responsible for developing training programmes, managing client relationships, coordinating course schedules, and ensuring the effectiveness of our training initiatives
  • training Content Design: Collaborate with the Director of L&D to design and develop management and leadership content that aligns with clients' needs and objectives

Requirements

  • proven experience in designing and delivering management and leadership training programmes
  • strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
  • strong organisational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail
  • analytical mindset, with the ability to assess training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
  • proficiency in using relevant software and tools for content creation, scheduling, and evaluation
  • ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment and contribute positively to a collaborative team
