  • audit compliance of Aspire's actions on apprenticeship enrolment
  • prepare for Ofsted audits, looking for evidence of Aspire's performance against Ofsted's Education Inspection Framework
  • support the CIPS Operations Manager with CIPS audit and compliance activity
  • be part of the Senior Leadership Team
  • work with the team on continuous improvement to curriculum, teaching and standards
