- our lessons run from studios in the heart of Leamington Spa and we have spacious teaching rooms plus a waiting room
- the core values at Aspire Music are to inspire passion and help teach musical potential in a supportive environment
- we are looking for a violin teacher to join our team from September on Wednesdays to take on a waiting list of students
- the interview process will consist of an online interview, then potentially a second round where the candidate will be invited to teach a lesson at the studio
- the ideal candidate will have exceptional violin skills themselves, have some experience in working with students in a one to one environment, be enthusiastic and able to adapt to all types of students, regardless of age, ability and goals
- you will be joining a team of 8 other teachers, all of whom are specialists in teaching and performing; the ideal candidate should not have a ‘main’ job outside of music
- we have an extremely high retention rate and therefore expect teachers to work co-operatively alongside students, parents and other teachers to keep the ‘team’ feeling
