CIOB/CIH/RICS or equivalent qualification in property surveying
evidence of continuing development of professional skills, e.g., through training, qualification and/or experience
evidence of managing services and providing assurance on building compliance and relevant health and safety legislation
experience of developing and managing budgets and expenditure
significant experience of managing Asset Management Databases and the analysis of stock condition data
experience of developing specifications for planned work, , in line with CDM requirements
substantial experience of operating at a senior level in managing residential and commercial property assets in either housing or the commercial sector
