Requirements
ability to provide clear leadership, motivate and manage a staff team
budgetary and administrative skills are required
highly developed written and verbal communication skills required
confidence to make sound decisions quickly when necessary
able to effectively deal with complex issues by pursuing and integrating different methods
make sure that best practice is maintained by conducting regular quality assurance inspections
5 years experience working in a Senior or Strategic Role within a children’s residential care setting
EBD: 2 years
