Requirements

  • ability to provide clear leadership, motivate and manage a staff team
  • budgetary and administrative skills are required
  • highly developed written and verbal communication skills required
  • confidence to make sound decisions quickly when necessary
  • able to effectively deal with complex issues by pursuing and integrating different methods
  • make sure that best practice is maintained by conducting regular quality assurance inspections
  • 5 years experience working in a Senior or Strategic Role within a children’s residential care setting
  • EBD: 2 years
