Requirements
- ability to provide clear leadership, motivate and manage a staff team
- budgetary and administrative skills are required
- highly developed written and verbal communication skills required
- confidence to make sound decisions quickly when necessary
- able to effectively deal with complex issues by pursuing and integrating different methods
- make sure that best practice is maintained by conducting regular quality assurance inspections
- 5 years experience working in a Senior or Strategic Role within a children’s residential care setting
- EBD: 2 years
