Responsibility

  • develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • liaise with our service users families
  • bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • coordinate the recruitment process
  • develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation
  • nurture a positive working environment
  • oversee a performance appraisal system
  • assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

Requirements

  • proven working experience in HR
  • people oriented
  • knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • ability to build strategies along with leadership skills
  • excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • knowledge of labour law and HR best practice
  • good organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
