- ensure the team meet and exceeds all KPI’s for sales activity and sales revenue

- advising and closing property deals
- establishing and maintaining relationships with company partners
- ensuring objectives, sales standards, processes and structures are embedded throughout
Requirements
- an experienced Sales Manager is required for a company specialising in identifying wealth-building opportunities across the globe
- they are looking for somebody with big ideas that enjoys helping others meet and exceed their targets day in day out
- this includes UK & overseas property investment
- minimum 3 years sales manager experience essential
- expert sales trainer and coach
- proven track record of exceeding sales targets as an individual and as a leader
- an entrepreneurial approach, enthusiasm and positive attitude
- strong sales and people management skills including performance management
