the post-holder is required to have excellent secretarial and administrative skills to provide a professional, comprehensive, and confidential support service to senior management
strong organisational and communications skills are critical, as the post-holder will liaising between senior managers and other members of staff at all levels
ensure support manager is fully briefed for meetings, anticipating requirements and pro-actively organizing relevant paperwork, and when necessary, attend and minute meetings
to execute any other duties appropriate to the grade as directed by support manager
to provide the support services Manager with administrative support in dealing with queries and administrative tasks in relation to support needs
work with the designated personnel to understand key aims and objectives of the business in order to provide full support and, where appropriate, assume personal responsibility for tasks that do not require senior management input
