Working hours

Responsibility
- receive, import and verify certificates ready for signing of by a quality supervisor
- compare prices of wholesaler materials for better buying efficiency
- assist the project management team in completing electrical related admin works
- manage inbound office phone calls
- organise and coordinate small and large works into a works planner
- receive daily timesheets and log this into the relevant project/ works
- provide support to site engineers other office staff members including technical support when needed
- handle customer enquiries
Requirements
- ability to liaise with other trades and other companies
- electrical experience
- good telephone manner
- organised
- history of liaising with clients
- adaptive to tasks and scenarios
- qualified to City and Guilds 2391 is an advantage but not essential, however this is the ideal progression of this role
- ability to work well under pressure
