Responsibility
- day to day solving of desktop and system problems for multiple clients of varying size and complexity
- install, maintain and support new software applications, hardware & systems
- manage Windows Server 2012-2019, Windows 10/11 and legacy windows OS systems
- perform on-site and remote network management and installations
- maintain and monitor Security, backups & disaster recovery policies
- office 365 & vSphere/Veeam maintenance
- software Validation & Data Integrity of software systems
- supporting ERP implementation/operations
Requirements
- excellent verbal and written communication skills and a confident, friendly and helpful manner
- natural problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to find a solution
- basic Networking knowledge including WAN, LAN and VLAN setups
- have a methodical, accurate, logical & concise approach to work
- experience in documenting processes and procedures
- the candidate must be able to pass a standard DBS check
- IT Support: 2 years
- A genuine interest in being involved in the IT operations environment
