Responsibility

  • managing the flow of paperwork to ensure timely and accurate processing through the accounting system
  • ensure accurate/up to date supplier information is present on the accounts system including uploading new suppliers
  • orderly electronic archiving of current & prior year documents to help support finance team with year-end audit
  • review of supplier statements and liaise with other members of finance team to assist and maintain an accurate purchase ledger
