Responsibility

  • carry out reactive maintenance such as repairing of blinds, fixtures/fittings coming away from walls, appliances and general damage to properties
  • build positive and strong relationships with management, members of staff, sub-contractors, etc
  • plan and organise additional seasonal tasks, e.g. sanding and varnishing indoor tables
  • carry out regular checks and ensure equipment is in good working order, advising the General Manager of any issues/replacements
  • organise and complete reactive tasks as they come through on an electronic task sheet from staff and the General Manager, prioritising accordingly
  • highlight any areas for improvement and development
  • as the site expands and the team grows it is possible we may recruit one or two maintenance people
  • perform regular checks on the properties to ensure exceptional standards are being met. Liaise with the General Manager and plan long-term maintenance, arranging any work to be actioned as applicable
