- oLiaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding secondee packages
- oProvide pay and benefit details and advise on any net or grossed up payments
- oApply for amended tax codes and follow up with HMRC
- oReconcile secondee's monthly pay and benefits
- oLiaise with KPMG regarding Tax Equalisation, Hypothetical Tax and reconcile amounts to Finance
- oAdvising the relevant overseas office regarding secondee's earnings in the UK
- oOverseeing and managing all documentation relating to the global mobility population
- ensure payroll reports reflect the full payroll information and is in a format ready for Finance to use
