  • oLiaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding secondee packages
  • oProvide pay and benefit details and advise on any net or grossed up payments
  • oApply for amended tax codes and follow up with HMRC
  • oReconcile secondee's monthly pay and benefits
  • oLiaise with KPMG regarding Tax Equalisation, Hypothetical Tax and reconcile amounts to Finance
  • oAdvising the relevant overseas office regarding secondee's earnings in the UK
  • oOverseeing and managing all documentation relating to the global mobility population
  • ensure payroll reports reflect the full payroll information and is in a format ready for Finance to use
