Responsibility

  • we are looking for a reliable experienced cleaning operative, to carry out communal cleaning duties in a residential block of flats, consisting of mainly, vacuuming, mopping floors, dusting and polishing, cleaning of lifts and stairs, along with some external cleaning duties, including sweeping and bagging up of leaves, leaf blowing car park area and litter picking
  • this is a key job, so requires the successful candidate to have the ability to work alone, and be able to competently record and report any issues to their line manager
  • this position requires you to work 2 days per week, 2.5 hour shifts, totaling, 5 hours per week. The 2 days can be of your choice, but must remain consistent each week and be between the hours of 8am -6pm Monday to Saturday only

  • we are looking for a reliable experienced cleaning operative to work alone, carrying out communal cleaning duties in a residential block of flats, consisting of mainly, vacuuming, mopping floors, dusting and polishing, along with some light external cleaning duties, including sweeping of leaves in the car park area and light litter picking
