Responsibility
- grade II listed house and garden which is open to the public twice a year under NGS
- located in village a few miles from Didcot
- perform general groundskeeping duties, including mowing, edging, and trimming lawns
- mature garden, approximately 3.5 acres with large pond and stream
- maintain and care for plants, flowers, and trees in gardens and landscapes
- weed and remove debris from garden beds and other landscaped areas
- occasional work on other sites - transport to and from other sites is provided
- plant new flowers, shrubs, and trees as needed
Requirements
- previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance preferred
- knowledge of different types of plants, flowers, and trees
- familiarity with gardening tools and equipment
- ability to work independently or as part of a team
- strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- driving licence needed
- gardening: 3 years
