Responsibility

  • we are looking for a fully qualified experienced tradesman
  • we require someone who is adaptable, able to balance their time between managing/operating projects whilst working on the tools
  • we require someone logical, hands-on, practical, who strives to overcome site-based problems
  • working closely with the Director & PM to manage and oversee a range of projects across Kent
  • organising materials and labour
  • motivating and overseeing the team’s day to day works
  • client management
  • someone who can work on site as part of the team, however, can be depended on to manage sizable projects when and as expected of a foreman
