Responsibility

  • ascot Medical Centre is seeking a Receptionist to join our small, friendly Team
  • training will be provided but it would be preferable to have had previous GP Surgery experience, in particular with EMIS
  • the ideal candidate will have a friendly, energetic personality, and be able to perform a variety of receptionist duties including answering and directing calls, making appointments, greeting patients and performing administrative tasks such as registrations / scanning / E-consultations

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • previous GP Surgery experience
  • must have professional appearance and demeanor
  • must have excellent customer service skills and positive attitude
  • must possess the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with strong computer skills
  • customer service: 1 year
  • administrative experience: 1 year
