reviewing residential titles on instruction from Client and providing Reports on title
as a residential conveyancing paralagal, you will be liaising with clients and solicitors in an efficient and professional manner
preparing, reviewing and issuing sales contracts and supporting documents
answering client queries, providing status advice and keeping all parties informed on progress of sale
liaise with asset managers to provide a smooth transaction
