  • reviewing residential titles on instruction from Client and providing Reports on title
  • as a residential conveyancing paralagal, you will be liaising with clients and solicitors in an efficient and professional manner
  • preparing, reviewing and issuing sales contracts and supporting documents
  • answering client queries, providing status advice and keeping all parties informed on progress of sale
  • liaise with asset managers to provide a smooth transaction
  • dealing with all aspects of the residential conveyancing process on behalf of our clients, mortgage lenders, who have repossessed residential properties due to mortgage arrears or another breach
