Responsibility
- liaise with our Consultants, Project Managers and Directors, to help design workable solutions
- build and code Systems to Customer Requirements from designs by Consultants
- create new Integrations and set up existing Integrations between Cloud Systems
- create Cloud Systems from scratch and integrate them with existing Cloud Systems
- configure Cloud Systems to work with development within projects
- migrate data from legacy database systems to new Cloud Systems
- support customers as requested, using our helpdesk systems to record and process support work and communications
- able to deal with customer issues and manage problems through to resolution
