- you will ensure the department runs effectively including but not limited to cost control, service compliance , productivity and full compliance to Health and Safety standards and updating / monitoring client portals
- processing / Validation of costs to a high level of accuracy
- authorising repair estimates within cost limits
- to assist with the scheduling call outs and maintenance visits and in doing so achieve KPI targets for our clients, first time fix rate & reduced subcontract work

- b. Liaison with the operations team from engineer to Regional Operations manager
- t. Develops and maintains a cordial and professional relationship with the sub-contractors
Requirements
