Responsibility
- we are seeking a motivated individual who is passionate about sales and has excellent communication skills
- make outbound sales calls to potential customers
- identify customer needs and provide product information
- develop and maintain relationships with prospective customers over the telephone, via e-mail and occasionally face to face
- maintain accurate records of customer interactions, develop and report on pipeline and leads generated
- ascendant Lifts Ltd are a highly ambitious lift engineering company with a strong focus on customer service. As part of our growth plan, we are looking to add to our sales team
- collaborate effectively with New Business Teams to agree strategy and target markets
- do you have experience and can proactively target prospective clients using existing marketing material, while working within our existing sales team from our head office in Gateshead: If so, you could be the person we are looking for
Requirements
- previous experience in tele-sales or a similar role is preferred
- excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
- strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- highly motivated and target driven
- ability to handle objections and rejection
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
