- A new role has become available at M&C, for a skilled Painter and Decorator to join our expanding team
- executing painting and decorating projects within designated timeframes
- use of a van is included with the role
- we are going through a strong period of growth in all aspects of the business, making it an exciting time to join
- our head office is based in Sale, South Manchester, however we manage 80+ BtR sites across the UK
- you will play a crucial role in the void refurbishment of residential properties within the private rented sector, collaborating with our well-established estate agency in Manchester and the surrounding areas
- communicating promptly with property managers and coordinators regarding any maintenance related issues
Requirements
- proven experience in painting and decorating
- painting & decorating: 3 years
