Requirements
- safety driven with the ability to maintain high safety, security and quality standards
- good knowledge of SGHA’s and SLA’s
- at least 5 years’ extensive ground handling operational experience as well as recent experience in a similar role as well as being in possession of strong leadership and effective people management skills
- have an excellent and professional communication style with the ability to maintain relationships at a range of levels with the ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and employees
- demonstrable experience in preparing and following departmental budgets with the ability to drive cost control whilst ensuring required service standards are maintained
- ability to achieve safety, quality and productivity KPIs whilst actively seeking ways to improve efficiency, performance and cost-effectiveness throughout the operation
- experience of identifying staff development needs and addressing underperformance to unlock team potential as well as overseeing staff retention and attendance metrics
