this role will ensure that all customer enquiries are effectively handled, all delivery details are accurately supplied to the team and all invoices get paid on time
we need a highly organised people person with plenty of initiative, drive, and attention to detail to join our team at an exciting point in our development
monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
ensure filing systems are maintained and current
establish and monitor procedures for record-keeping
Education
GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience
knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
knowledge of accounting, data, and administrative management practices and procedures
