creating and updating the menu for breakfast, lunch, and burger options, ensuring a balance between variety, quality, and customer preferences
continuously explore new flavours, trends, and ingredients to introduce innovative chicken and burger specials that can attract and retain customers
maintained an organised and efficient kitchen workflow to ensure timely order preparation
check that those ingredients remain fresh and safe for consumption
managing kitchen operations, including ingredient inventory, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness
overseeing the preparation and cooking of food items, including breakfast dishes, lunch specials, and burger recipes. Ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest taste, presentation, and food safety standards
ensure relevant hygiene and health and safety measures are maintained
monitoring inventory levels of food ingredients, supplies, and equipment. Placing orders to replenish stock as necessary while managing costs and minimising waste
