Responsibility
responsible for the delivery of global sales and PC margin for the assigned direct key accounts
negotiating contracts, pricing proposals and growth incentive plans
develops a deep understanding of the key customers and their current /future requirements and translates this into tangible projects
drive new business opportunities and define actions for their delivery
accountable for all assigned customers’ related R&D and commercial projects. Builds relationship at all levels with the customers to ensure a regular information flow with all key stakeholders
accurate forecasting and demand planning for the assigned direct accounts Maximize the profitability of sales through thorough implementation of selling prices, MOC, MOV and PC2. Optimization cash flow through management payment terms and overdues
develops on an on-going basis, market intelligence required to gain competitive information as well as identify new applications for existing products in order to gain a competitive edge
Requirements
strong sales/Business development skills
strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and management skills
good communication skills with the ability to present key concepts both ver bally and in writing
effective listening skills, independent and self-directed, team-oriented, strong work ethics
bachelor’s degree or similar
10+ years sales experience in Home & Personal Care sales
comply with all EHS procedures & policies relevant to your role, report any incidents or ill health associated with your work & report any conditions likely to cause an accident
