Responsibility
- prepare and cook meals according to the menu and recipes provided
- ensure food quality and presentation meets the restaurant's standards
- adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines in the kitchen
- collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely service
- monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed
- assist in creating new menu items and specials
- train and supervise junior kitchen staff

Requirements
- proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant or similar setting
- strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation
- familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- excellent organizational and time management skills
- ability to work well as part of a team
