Responsibility

  • the workshops will be led by two art teachers and the maximum number of children in attendance will be 19-20
  • you will teach and support children’s art activities including drawing, painting and crafting, to name but a few
  • we are looking for a freelance art teacher who can run Art & Creativity Workshops every Saturday morning in Cambridge for primary school children from April to July in the summer term, 2023

Requirements

  • no agencies or employment consultants
  • an Ideal candidate is an experienced art teacher for primary school children; however, we’d also love to know about you if you are a practising artist, a trainee teacher or university art student – as long as you are enthusiastic about art and children’s art education
  • you should be reliable, punctual, and good with children. It is necessary to be bright, energetic, creative in terms of your approach, with a strong understanding of children’s art education
  • you should be DBS-cleared or willing to undergo DBS checks. Also. You should be able to provide evidence of your right to work in UK
